Reimagine the people function to add value
Using AI to automate steps in a process that was already broken will not make the people function relevant in the future. I help CPOs get clear on the problems the function exists to solve and what colleagues need from it, then build it around that, with AI doing the heavy lifting underneath. I have designed and transformed HR processes myself, so I bring the experience and the lessons learned. The aim is a function that spends its time on the decisions where human judgement adds most.
Develop your people strategy
I support people teams to decide what the People function becomes to power the business, with AI doing the heavy lifting. I start with the business problems your function must solve, then redesign services, roles and the operating model around them.
Transform the colleague experience
I redesign how it feels to work here, from joining to leaving, using AI to take out friction so people teams focus on the moments that matter.
Reimagine the work, then apply AI responsibly
I reimagine hiring, performance and people services first, then apply AI responsibly, starting with the Four Checks.
Lift the capability of the team
I help build an M-shaped people function: several areas of deep technical expertise plus broader business acumen, data literacy, performance consulting, influencing and AI fluency skills.
Before AI touches a decision about people
AI scales the bias already sitting in your history, every time, and the choices made about data and design can add more. A biased manager affects a team. A biased algorithm affects an organisation. I help you decide what AI should touch and make sure progression does not quietly leave people behind.
Every AI use case in hiring, development, performance, pay and employee relations goes through four questions. Every check that fails gets a guardrail.

Is the data trustworthy?
Can we explain it?
Can we undo it?
The result is a sorted map: use cases that are safe to start, those that need guardrails and those that are a no-go for now. I also pressure-test the common comfort lines. "There is a human in the loop" only counts if the human is judging, not approving what the machine decided.
What I have learned doing the work
Start with what the function needs to become
The diagnostic shows where time and effort go today, includes a governance view of your live and planned AI use cases, and sets out what to change first.
