AI strategy and adoption

AI strategy, then the fluency to deliver it

Many organisations buy the tools before they decide what AI is for. I help leadership teams set a strategy that reaches beyond cost to new possibilities and growth, then build the fluency to deliver it, starting with the leaders. At Kantar I built an AI academy with MIT and led Copilot adoption, which made the business a top-three Microsoft Copilot adopter globally. Without a strategy, licences and pilots multiply while value goes unmeasured.

Where it usually goes wrong

Licences before understanding

  • Cost play only. Efficiency gets you started and rarely gets you growth.
  • Tools first, fluency later. Usage is patchy and fear fills the gap.
  • Leaders back it from a safe distance. When leaders do not own the story, people write their own.
  • Training that stops in the classroom. It never reaches the P&L.
  • Managers left to improvise. They are asked to turn AI into daily work without being equipped for it.
How I can help

Develop the AI strategy

I support executive and leadership teams in exploring the problem they want to solve with AI beyond cost and efficiency, then moving to the opportunity AI brings: what you can now do for clients that you could not do before.

Create the change narrative and link to sponsorship

I help create a realistic narrative of why the business must change with AI and what is in it for people, owned and modelled by leaders.

Build AI fluency at scale

I build AI fluency for everyone, through communities and real use cases that move people from first steps to builders. It starts with leaders: they must use the tools themselves to understand the potential and shape strategy with conviction.

Equip managers

I equip managers to create the safe environment for teams to experiment and own adoption. At Kantar, an AI-enabled manager programme lifted the Manager Index by 6 points, and 93% of participants said it improved their skills.

Prioritise where to start

I help you prioritise where to start, based on your organisation's AI readiness: a few pain points where AI can pay, with the measure agreed up front.
