I coach leaders and their teams in global, matrixed and hybrid settings, including teams working alongside AI, through the moments that test them most: decisions with no clear answer, tough conversations, and building the clarity, trust and confidence a team needs to move.
Build confidence as a leader
I help you calibrate confidence to reality: testing your logic, rehearsing the hard conversation and getting comfortable making the call with 70% of the information.
Lead through AI
I help you take on the Chief AI Officer part of your role: using the tools yourself, visibly, to capture value and manage risk, letting go of being the expert with all the answers, naming the anxiety in the room and saying what you do not know yet.
Coach and operator
I coach as an operator. I have run global restructures, won investor support after a failed pay vote in a FTSE100 business and led AI and cultural change inside a PE-backed business. Each meant backing my own judgement in high-stakes moments, with incomplete information.
My career has been squiggly: from tax structuring to investor relations, transformation and HR. It taught me to navigate ambiguity and opposing priorities, lead complex teams and make change happen, and to do it my way, bold and different. I also know how easily confidence gets chipped away by feedback, comparison and self-doubt, and how easy it is to lose yourself trying to fit other people's expectations. So I help leaders find a way of leading that is authentic to them: trusting their judgement, using their strengths without apology, deciding with conviction and bringing their teams with them.
