Privacy notice
How Transformation Unlocked Ltd handles personal information. Last updated October 2026.
Who I am
Transformation Unlocked Ltd (company number 17198417) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Contact: tejal@transformation-unlocked.com.
What I collect and why
- Enquiries. If you email me or book a call, I receive your name, email address, organisation and whatever you tell me. I use it to reply, arrange a conversation and, if we work together, deliver the work. My lawful basis is steps you ask me to take before a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Website visits. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, referring sites and country. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not track you across other sites and does not build profiles of individuals. My lawful basis is legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no request is sent to a font provider.
Who I share it with
I do not sell personal information. It is processed by providers who help me run the business, such as email, calendar and video-call services, and website hosting (Netlify) and analytics (Cloudflare). They act on my instructions. Some are based outside the UK and rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless we work together, in which case I keep records for as long as the work and my legal obligations require. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, to restrict or object to how I use it, and to receive a copy. Email tejal@transformation-unlocked.com. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Other websites
Links to LinkedIn, Spotify, YouTube and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies, which I do not control.
